Free pricing materials
A pricing spreadsheet with the formulas ready and a checklist with the 14 price indicators for retail. Both are free and open right after you sign up.
These are the two files our team uses in the field: the spreadsheet a small operation can use to set prices properly, and the checklist we go through with a new client before touching any price.
Each page says what is inside the file, how to use it and where it stops being enough. The form comes after that — you decide with the content in front of you, not before — and the download opens on the next page.
The materials
Two files, each with a page explaining what it does. Both are free and the download opens right after you sign up.
- Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx), in PortuguesePricing spreadsheetA ready-made spreadsheet that builds the price from what your operation charges inside it — taxes, commissions, working capital and the contribution margin you choose — and shows, item by item, the contribution and the result of the price you already charge.See what is inside
- Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx), in PortuguesePrice indicators checklistThe fifteen indicators our team goes through with a new client before touching any price: what each one answers, how to calculate it, how often, and where it tends to fail.See what is inside
And what asks for no sign-up at all
Two open calculators, with no form and no email before the result. When the calculation you need is for a single item, they solve it on the spot.
- Free toolMarkup calculatorEnter taxes, expenses and the margin you want, and it returns the divisor markup, the multiplier and the item's selling price.Open the calculator
- Free toolSelling price calculatorAdd cost and freight, enter taxes and commission, and it breaks the price into parts that add up to the total — showing how much of each real is still yours.Open the calculator

The blog covers the same subjects with the whole story: the operation, the numbers and what changed afterwards.
When the spreadsheet and the checklist become daily work
Both materials solve the calculation and the list. What they do not solve is frequency: redoing the price of a thousand items with every invoice that arrives, and tracking fourteen indicators every week, does not fit in any file that someone has to open and update by hand.
RevPrice does that work: it recalculates markup, contribution margin and break-even point with every invoice entry, shows the effect of a discount before it is granted and warns when an item starts selling below the floor.
